When we talk, I listen to you and take notes. Then I create a realistic, goal-oriented package for your dog’s board-and-train.
Whether it’s housetraining, crate training, leash pulling, jumping up, barking, puppy biting and nipping, swiping and running with items, too distracted to listen, the list goes on, and I can help.
Perhaps you haven’t had a puppy for so long that you forgot how intensive the initial stages of puppy manners training is. Or maybe you have had a breed of dog for years, and suddenly, find yourself with one that’s more challenging than usual. I understand and can help you gain control humanely.
Positive motivation and humane consequences can be used to train any dog. And I not only train your dog, I teach you the techniques of consequences, so you’ll be able to maintain the training when your dog goes home. My program is more of a board-and-train-and-teach!
At the end of your pup’s board-and-train stay at Love Wags A Tail dog training boot camp, you’ll receive videos to watch and learn from so you can maintain and grow the training and also, you’ll see your pup at work proudly demonstrating the new behaviors and skills s/he’s learned.
A lot of people ask me where board-and-train dogs stay while with me. In my house! I treat them as if they were going to be my own pet, and I work the training to reinforce good manners and discourage the naughties the entire time they live with me. And do not worry. Your dog will remember you wholeheartedly when you pick him/her up, and also, will adjust to their board-and-train environment quickly. I keep them loved and busy learning.

Two weeks @ $1800
Three weeks @ $2500
Additional days after 2 or 3 weeks is $100 per day.
I work with most behavioral challenges except aggression. If you have a leash reactive dog, I may have a program for him/her, so call me at 239-368-3682 to discuss your particular dog.
